The all new, 5.8-kilometre-long Jochtrail connects Fiss and Serfaus, while thrilling riders with some of the finest single trail action. Starting at the Schönjochbahn top station at the Fisser Joch ridge, situated at 2,440 metres above sea level, this new trail descends 500 metres to the Komperdellbahn mid station. Offering untouched, natural single trail segments mixed with north shore elements, the Jochtrail parallels the Source Trail (Quellenweg), which is also new and is a route filled with springs and wells.
For all those wishing to take a break along the way, the Feel-good Stops at Mittlerer Sattelkopf is the place to be. With sunbeds and benches, the station invites all passing bikers to sit down, relax or maybe have a picnic. Detailed information on the springs of the region can be obtained here as well.
Meandering through a magnificent scenery, this new single trail offers a great view of the surrounding mountains of the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis region and the respective towns.
